Who seeks finds

Only experience convinces, that's why practicing the exercises it so important.
Reading might arouse interest, orient the effort but the language does make a call only to what has already been lived or to fleeting or sensed impressions.
Thus the words relaxation, well-being, life evoke a definite impression, but infinity does often provoke merely a fuzzy thought.

To practice the exercises alone requires courage, determination and self-trust; this is normal as the matter is to contact the Self. Indeed, one says to oneself that nothing will happen, that “one knows already all that ”, yet the subtle is playing in small moments, in the fineness of observation, in a renewed attention.

To practive in a small group helps to encourage each other, to perseverate and to share; if “I have nothing to say”, the listening of others incites to formulate a few words - the condition is an opening from heart to heart, an absence of judgment.

A first approach has been described and some exercises suggested in the french book QU’EST-CE QUI NOUS REND CONSCIENTS ?

1. Awareness enables us to evolve in the world, a phenomenon so natural that it is seldom studied.

2. The attention enables us to act, it is our primeval tool, whence comes this energy? Whence comes this flow of attention?

3. We are trying to understand the world, whence comes this search for unity?

4. The living pulsates from the heart to the environment, from self-awareness to the world, what makes it pulsate?

5. Living, what for? What is the point? Self-consciousness questions.

These 5 approaches converge toward the same source. Thus the matter is to contact the source of consciousness.

The book presents the emblem of pure consciousness - beyond any content - and explains the meaning of it.
The various suggested exercices enable everyone to answer by itself to these questions.


Contacting the source of consciousness gives insurance, serenity and joy. It pours out creativeness, opening and firmness.
