We integrate the source of consciousness in our life and we radiate to the world in contributing to the evolution.

Internalisation of the symbol (said from the Green to the Blue)

Preamble
Until now we have approached the emblem of Illumination as an ob-ject (thrown in front) facing us. To this sensory approach we would like to substitute gradually a conceptual approach, in the very sense of the word concept. Concept comes from the latin con-cepi and means that which is grasped in us, hence caught internally.
So for each feature of the symbol, we are going to pass from the sensory perception (symbolised by the green) to the inner exploration, internal to the consciousness (symbolised by the blue). Yet the sensory perception is not to be given up; from time to time it enables to check our inner feeling; indeed matter puts to the test and guides.

Exercise

We are relaxde, present to ourselves
     (breathing, noise, Self).

We enunciate softly 3 OM
(one soft, one in listening to others, one silent Om) for purifying the channel of Spirit.

We are attentive to the FIELD OF CONSCIOUSNESS
     (corresponding to the white background).

On this background, is focused the SOURCE, the IDENTITY that we are,
the real Self (the self-relation corresponds to the blue cercle).

Amidst the Self, we identify a pole of intelligent PERCEPTION
that is acknowledgment of contact,
     the Self is turned outwardly
     (a look to the green dot can test this pole).

Amidst the Self, we turn to the factor of OPENING
It is welcoming - expansion,
     receptivity blossoms
     (this opening corresponds to the blue dot).

We search in the consciousness that which corresponds to the red dot
REGENERATION, abnegation,
     flame aspect of the consciousness who renews itself.

Fusion of the 3 poles at the centre of Identity
Increased LIGHT, integrated RELATION, coherent TOTALITY

Spreading out of this magnetic light
Acceptation (picking-up) of this discovered wisdom
Offering to the world
Then, the attention is focused again in the room.

Note on the whole training

Our body has not been built in 3 days; it is wise to train oneself progressively; each selects in each booklet the exercises which talk to him (her).
